How it works

You can earn Rainbow Reward points a number of different ways.

You will earn when you sign-up, for each purchase you make, liking our instagram page and you'll earn extra points when you celebrate your birthday!

We also offer points for referring a friend.

It's free to join Rainbow Rewards!

Create an account (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in whenever you make a purchase in order to receive your points!

We can't offer points for purchases made if you check out as a guest.

Rainbow Rewards is open to all of our customers excluding those who have trade accounts.

You can unlock new tiers by earning points within a 12-month period. Each tier comes with extra perks and rewards, which can be found in the table above.

• Baker – 100 points
• Star Baker – 200 points
• Showstopper – 500 points
• Master Baker – 1000 points

You can track your points and see how close you are to the next tier anytime in your loyalty dashboard.

There are four tiers in our Rainbow Rewards programme, based on the number of points you earn in a 12-month period:

• Baker – 100 points
• Star Baker – 200 points
• Showstopper – 500 points
• Master Baker – 1000 points

Once you reach a tier, you’ll stay there for one full year from the date you entered that tier. At the end of that year, your tier will be recalculated based on the number of points you've earned over the past 12 months. Your tier will then be adjusted accordingly. If you haven't earned enough points to stay in your current tier, you may move down to a lower one - with Baker being the starting tier.

To redeem Rainbow Reward points, sign in and go to the rewards dashboard, located on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Redeem points by clicking on the "Ways to redeem".

You can find your points balance on the Rainbow Rewards dashboard, located on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

No, points cannot be added to your account retroactively.

You can earn Rainbow Reward points on all future purchases when logged into your account.

Your Rainbow Reward points expire after 12 months of no purchases but don't worry we will send an email before they expire reminding you.

Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund.

Rewards may not be combined with any other vouchers or promotion.

You can earn extra points by referring friends to our Rainbow Rewards programme.

To do this:

1. Go to your loyalty dashboard on our website.
   
2. Find your unique referral link under the “Refer a Friend” section.
   
3. Share the link with your friends.
   

When your friends sign up and make their first purchase using your link, you’ll both earn as a thank-you!
