What makes ProGel different from liquid food colouring?
ProGel's concentrated gel formula means you need far less product to achieve vibrant colours. Unlike liquid colours that can thin your icing or affect cake batter consistency, gels maintain your mixture's texture perfectly. They're also much more economical - a single 25g tube goes a surprisingly long way!
Can I use ProGel in chocolate?
Due to the water base formula of the gel we advise against using ProGel in chocolate as it might change the formula of your chocolate. For best results with chocolate work, we'd also recommend checking out Squires Kitchen Cocol.
