How to use Sugar Florist Paste
Top tips for using Sugar Florist Paste:
Flowers & Leaves – Knead until pliable, roll out thinly, and use a variety of flower or leaf cutters to create realistic shapes.
Silicone Moulds – Press the paste firmly into your chosen mould and release gently. For best results, lightly dust the mould with cornflour beforehand.
Ruffles & Texture – Roll out thinly and cut circles with a cutter. Pinch the centre of each circle to form a ruffle, then attach to cakes, cupcakes, or cookies with a little edible glue for added texture and detail.
