Made by compressing gold and silver until it's extremely thin, our gold and silver leaf flakes are 100% edible and have a bright, radiant shine.

E175 Pure Gold

  • Gold is 0.002g net weight

Silver Ingredients:
E174 Pure Silver

  • Silver is 0.005g net weight

Brush the surface of your sugarpaste icing, chocolate, sugar work or other food surface with a paintbrush lightly dampened with cooled, boiled water. For extra adhesion use Squires Kitchen edible glue.

It is advisable to protect other areas to prevent accidental transfer of the gold/silver leaf.

Allow the area to become tacky, remove the desired amount of gold/silver leaf from the pot with tweezers or a brush, then apply.

Store jar upright in a cool, dry and dark place.

Suitable for vegetarians.
