Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information:

We aim to get your Rainbow Dust order to you quickly and reliably.

• Order Cut-Off: Weekday orders placed by 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery Time: Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to arrive but in most cases this will be sooner.
• Delivery Cost: £5.99 (flat rate).
• Free Delivery: Orders over £200 qualify for free delivery.
• UK Orders Only: Online orders are currently available to UK addresses only. Please note, we are unable to ship to the following postcodes:
  BT, AB31–AB38, AB41–AB56, HS, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA21–PA50, PA60–PA78, PA80, PH4–PH44, PH49–PH50, ZE1–ZE3, IM1–IM9, GY1–GY10, JE1–JE5, TR21.
• Bank Holidays: Please allow extra time during bank holidays, as deliveries may be delayed.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way. 

Returns Information:

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen - or you may simply change your mind.

• If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, just get in touch and we’ll cancel it and arrange a full refund.
• If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it to us, provided:
• Items are unopened and in their original condition.
• You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns on goods that have been in your possession for more than 14 days unless they are faulty.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or is damaged/ faulty.
