Each pack contains five pens: black, leaf green, red, royal blue and yellow. Also available in single colours.
Food colouring pens are used just like a regular pen to add detail to sugarpaste or Royal Icing. Use the wider nib at one end for shading or block colour, and the smaller nib at the other end for fine detail and writing.
