Knead the required amount of modelling sugarpaste until pliable.
Models can then be made by hand or by pressing the paste into a mould.
If rolling the modelling paste, use a non-stick board dusted sparingly with sifted cornflour or greased with a little vegetable fat.
To colour, use Rainbow Dust ProGel food colouring gel during the kneading stage, or dust flowers and leaves with Rainbow Dust powdered food colouring after modelling.
After sculpting, leave models to harden in a warm, dry place.
Once opened, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Suitable for vegeterians.
