Shimmer Dust is a fine, sparkling lustre powder.  Brush straight from the pot onto sugarpaste, marzipan, chocolate, macarons or any other ‘hard’ carrier for a luxuriant shimmering effect. Shimmer Dust can also be added to an alcohol solution for a shining paint or brushed onto the lining of a butter cream or frosting piping bag for a two-tone shine effect.
