Baking Ingredients
5 egg whites
1tsp lemon juice
200g caster sugar
5 egg yolks
140g Cake flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
40g Milk
25g vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Decorating Ingredients

Instructions
1. Add lemon juice & egg whites to a bowl and mix.
2. Add caster sugar and egg yolks to the mixer and mix on a low to medium speed until combined.
3. Sieve the cake flour into the caster sugar and egg yolk mixture, add baking powder, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Mix on a low to medium speed until combined.
4. Pour the mixed egg whites and lemon juice into the bowl and fold by
hand.
5. Pour cake batter into 2 x 8 inch tins or 3 x 6inch tins. Bake in a fan oven 160 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
