Chocolate Heaven Easter Traybake

If chocolate is your thing, you will love this Easter traybake recipe! It not only tastes delicious, but is so easy to put together- Happy Easter!

Ingredients and Equipment

A piping bag

Pre-made sponge traybake in your favourite flavour

400g Belgian Chocolate Ganache (homemade or shop bought)

Easter themed decorations (sprinkles, chocolate eggs, chocolate chips etc)

Rainbow Dust Golden Belle Sparkle Dust

Instructions

Make your cake into a traybake size.

Filling your cake:

Step 1 - Take the traybake and cut in half horizontally.

Step 2 - Make your homemade Ganache or follow the preparation instructions on the shop bought one. Whip up you ganache until its light and airy.

Step 3 - Take approximately half of the whipped ganache and using a palette knife spread onto one half of the traybake.

Step 4 - Put the other half of the traybake back on top of the whipped ganache.

Decorating the cake:

Step 5 - Using a palette knife, take the remaining half of the whipped ganache and spread it on top of the traybake.

Step 6 - Place the decorations of your choice onto the whipped ganache.

Step 8 - To give your traybake the perfect finishing touch, give it a quick spray of Sparkle Dust!
