Orders can be placed through our website or over the telephone. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Occasionally, during extremely busy periods, we may take 48 hours. Speed of service is one of our main priorities so for any reason you have not received any status update within this time period, please get in touch. All UK orders are dispatched with a national courier service that we have used and trusted since the start of our business in 2008. We provide consignment and tracking numbers for online orders on dispatch and the service is next working day. Please note that although every consignment is despatched for next day delivery, this cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of ours and the couriers company control. International orders are sent air or sea freight (depending on the size of the order, or your requirements), using the most suitable companies from DHL to Fed-Ex. Insurance freight is optional and must be made by special request. As standard, to keep prices competitive, International consignments are shipped uninsured and it is your responsibility to request insurance should it be required.
All goods are signed for on delivery and we ask that you check your goods on receipt. Should a consignment arrive damaged, we ask you refuse delivery and ask it to be returned to Rainbow Dust Colours. If you sign for a damaged consignment, you are accepting the goods arriving in an acceptable state. Any order discrepancies must be notified to Rainbow Dust Colours within 48 hours. You can do this by contacting us on +44(0)1772 322335 or e-mailing email@example.com.
As we are dealing with food stuffs and food contact products, we do not accept any returns. By not accepting returns, we have 100% traceability of our products and can supply them to our customers knowing they are untampered and safe. Because of this, please ensure you do not make any mistakes when ordering. Once an order is shipped, it is on a one way journey.
