Progel® is a highly concentrated food colouring, used to colour sugarpaste, frosting, marzipan and more.
Ingredients
Humectant: E422, Colour: E155, Water, Modified starch (tapioca).
Storage
Store at ambient room temperature.
Instructions
Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved.
Use no more than 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration.
