A versatile paste that contains Belgian white chocolate. The paste remains flexible for a longer period of time than traditional modelling paste, which makes it ideal for fine detail work. It sets firm, but maintains a great eating quality.

Cut a small amount from the pack, knead and warm until it becomes soft and pliable. Warm the paste in the hands for a softer texture. Allow to cool for a few minutes for a firmer texture. The modelling paste has a smooth, soft texture with good elasticity so it pins out thinly. It's easy to handle and mistakes can be corrected easily. The paste holds its shape and dries quickly, yet remains soft enough to eat.
