1. Melt the White Colour Melts into a bowl.
  2. Dip the Strawberries into the Colour Melts and cover generously.
  3. Place the Strawberries onto a plate and leave them to dry.
  4. Once dry, brush the Ginger Glow Edible Silk onto the Colour Melts on the Strawberries.
  5. Pour the Champagne into two Champagne glasses.
  6. Sprinkle the Pink Heart Edible Confetti onto the top of the Champagne.
  7. Serve the Champagne and Strawberries on a tray with a single red rose.
