Divide the cake batter mix into six separate bowls.
Add a tiny amount of ProGel Food Colour, using Purple, Baby Blue, Lime Green, Yellow, Orange & Red into the cake batter mix. Mix until even in colour, then pour into a 7inch round cake greased cake tin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, then leave to cool before decorating.
Apply a small amount of buttercream onto the centre of the cake board, this is to hold the cake in place. Then stack the layers of sponge with buttercream.
Apply a thin layer of buttercream around the sides & top of the cake. Then cover with a thin layer of sugarpaste.
