Preheat the oven first, 180oC/Fan160oC/Gas Mark 4.
Beat the butter & caster together into a bowl, using an electric mixer. Then add the plain flour, and mix until combined into a dough. Wrap into cling film and chill into the fridge for an hour or overnight is preferred.
Roll out onto a floured work surface and use various cutters to cut the shapes out, and place onto a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool before decorating.
Add royal icing into a small bowl, adding a few drops of Colour Flo. Mix until even in colour.
Place into a piping bag with a No 2 plain end tube, and pipe a line around the outline of the biscuit. Empty the contents of the piping bag back into the bowl and add water to create a run out icing. Pour this into a piping bag and cut the end to then pipe onto the centre of the biscuit. Give the biscuit a gentle tap to even out the icing, and then leave to dry overnight before decorating.
Add details of colour onto the biscuit using the thicker end of the Food Art Pen. Then add different colours of piped decorations, using Colour Flo added to the royal icing.
Add Edible Glitter to your biscuits, by brushing the area first with Edible Glue before applying the glitter.
Use other products within the range to finish off decorating the other shaped biscuits.
