As we are business to business only, members of the public cannot purchase direct from Rainbow Dust Colours. To purchase our products, go to your local stockist or favourite online cake decorating shop.
In all instances, we ask that you return the product to the place of purchase. They will service you and offer the advice/support you need. If there is a defect with the product, your supplier will then get in touch with ourselves and we will look to investigate the situation.
Rainbow Dust Colours are the manufacturers of the finished products you see on this website. As such, we are strictly business to business. Therefore, you will need to provide enough details to confirm your business status before we can activate your account.
The easiest way to order would be to register here for a trade account. Once your account has been activated, you will be able to login and place orders on this website.
Yes, our minimum order value is £150 GBP. (ex VAT and shipping)
Yes, but unfortunately this is limited to UK deliveries only. We offer the following: £150 - £299.99 will incur a delivery charge of £5.99. Orders of £300 or more will receive free delivery (prices are not inclusive of VAT). The shipping costs for International orders are calculated during checkout. We have acknowledged the order values outlined above and reduced shipping prices to reflect a similar discount.
When you check out, you will be given options that we have authorised when activating your account. You can pay by Bank Transfer (BACS), cheque or by credit card. Please note that a surcharge may be added to your total for credit card payments. Bacs is the best option as it is free and fast. However, the choice is yours.
UK customers can request a credit account after their first order. We will then credit check your status and offer a suitable amount based upon the result we obtain from your credit score. Due to the legal barriers that are created by International waters (should a business find itself in financial difficulties), International customers must pay for their orders during checkout.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of any nature due to the need to retain traceability within our supply chain. For this reason, please double-check all orders before committing to an order. Please see the “Shipping & Returns” section for more information.

Our products are manufactured to EU Legislations. It is up to you as an importer to ensure what you purchase is suitable for sale in your territory.
All edible items contain the appropriate shelf life information on the product labels.
Most of our products are certified Kosher. Further details can be found on the product page. We are certified by the Manchester Beth Din annually.
Our products are not certified as Halal, but many are suitable for Halal diets. Please see the product information page for the specific details.
In short, yes, this is possible. We already do this for a selection of larger customers. The volumes must be significant to make a project viable so simply ask the question by contacting Customer.Service@RainbowDust.co.uk and present your ideas/suggestions. It will be forwarded to the relevant department and we will be in touch to discuss.

Yes, all resellers are free to download our images and use on your own websites to help sales. You can download individual image packs in the resource centre.
If you require images for print use, we do hold hi-res versions of all our images. These can be released by special request. Simply email your company details and what you require to Customer.Service@RainbowDust.co.uk. We will either send you a download link or email images directly to you (depending on the quantity request).
